PetWatch 916 was inspired by my dogs, Mia and Daisy. Like many pet owners, I relied upon family, friends and neighbors to take care of my pets while I was traveling or working late hours. This was at a time when smartphones did not exist, and mobile applications to instantly order a pet sitter to come to your house were not available. Even if they did exist at that time, I did not want to hire a hobby pet sitter because one of my dogs, Daisy. She is not your typical happy-go-lucky dog. Daisy is my independent, free-spirited girl that does not like every dog or person she meets. She would not be eligible for dog boarding or daycare because she doesn't play well with others. I also preferred that Daisy and Mia stay at home where they love it most, and be cared for by someone that I knew and trusted. I realized not everyone is fortunate in having a trusted family, friend or neighbor to provide adequate and reliable care for their pets, and founded my own company, PetWatch 916.
